The Nike Kids Mile was created after 2012 with the help of NIKE UK as part of our Olympic Legacy. To celebrate our first Olympic cycle our little runners will be paced by GB Olympians and 1,000 places will be donated to selected local schools for free!

With the help of our partner NIKE, every child will be chip timed and receive the best NIKE race t-shirt and cool medal. Race starts after the adult races in Old Deer Park with live bands cheering on our stars of the future.

The Start

Nike Kids start will be clearly indicated by the huge start arch. 10mins before the race children will told to organised in our holding pen where they will be warmed up by a local athlete.

The Finish

The finish is the adult finish gantry near the music stage and children will walk round to the exit by our staff. Parents are not allowed in this area and will be handed back to parents at the end of the finishing shoot once the parent is identified. We ask parents to assist our staff by being patient during this time.

Results

Results will feature on our event website at the end of Sunday.

Good luck to our little athletes and we look forward to seeing you in September.
