Kids Course

  • Pupils enter in teams of 4, completing each discipline as a relay
  • All 4 team members will complete the swim, before moving to the bike, then the run stage
  • Each entrant aims to raise £100 for charity (£50 minimum to take part) and entry is therefore free to the event. We will help you set up your JustGiving page as part of registration.

After the success of the 2 events last year, where 1000 children took part and raised an amazing £110,000 and the children and parents had a fantastic day, we are pleased to have 4 events in 2017 at Royal Russell School on April 23rd, Bradfield College on May 7th, Cranleigh School on May 14th, and Marlborough College on May 21st.

The Flight Centre Schools Triathlon is a chance for children from school years 3-8 to come together and compete in their own event. We aim to host 20 events across the UK within the next three years, with 10,000 young people taking part and raising £1 million per year, funds that will support the ambition and opportunities of young people less fortunate than themselves.

The event format presents a fun way for children and young people to be introduced to triathlon. By hosting the swim in a pool, and keeping the bike section off road, pupils do not need any special equipment to enter, and the event can be held in a safe and secure environment within school grounds. Participating schools are encouraged to enter a range of abilities, from competitive teams, to those who want to have a fun day out with friends. This will mean Restless Triathlon becoming a major sporting event for all levels of competitor.

Event Location: Royal Russell School, Coombe Lane, Croydon, CRO 5RF
