The ride will be starting and finishing at Drovers Cycles in Hay-on-Wye. The shop and their new cafe will be open all day.
We will have one of our legendary feed stations at the halfway point.
The event will have a staggered start (start any time between 9.30 and 10.30), this will avoid any potential bottle necks out on the trails.
Route maps and gpx files are not available for MTB routes before the event as they are subject to change, due to forestry operations and weather conditions, and they also use some private land. As always with Red Kite Events the routes will be excellent, challenging, tough and very well marked. A route map will be displayed at the event HQ.

James Sutherland - Cracking day...The conditions added to it!, Samuel Harris - What a brutal day but who doesn't want a challenge aye..well done guys, great day!, Mick Jones - Well it was a challenge, and the weather just added to it, Kevin Franks - it was 1 hell of a ride but at the same time was good ! ave to run it again !!!, Phil Allum - Cracking little devil! Proper big mountain riding, I loved it! Brilliant route, would love to do it again in the dry. Oh, and a bit less wind yeah? Big thanks to all who made it possible, definitely worth the 300 mile round trip, Jim Jimmerney - Amazing day. That last climb at the end crucified me. Never wanted to ride a bike again after that! Great fun and great camaraderie. Thanks to everyone involved, Andrew Woodall - Cracking ride, weather was pretty hairy at times but at least not raining (except for the hail on the feed station loop). Got to respect the conditions up there, proper Welsh adventure biking.
